Welcome to the 2019 NCCARF CSIRO National Climate Adaptation Conference
The next conference in the adaptation series will showcase the growing body of climate change adaptation knowledge in Australia and internationally.
Come and hear how this knowledge is being used by communities, governments and industry to adapt to the impacts of climate change, the contribution of adaptation science to planning and policy making across Australia, and how robust adaptation decisions can be made in the face of uncertainty.
With a program of more than 250 presentations – together with side meetings and social functions – the Conference will provide an opportunity for participants to come together to discuss the latest developments in adaptation research and practice.
The hub of quality food, creative arts and festivals, Adelaide is one of the most livable cities in the world. It’s very easy to get around the city, and the beach or countryside is only a half hour drive away. We are looking forward to hosting our conference in Adelaide!
In July (mid winter), Adelaide is a moderate daily maximum of 16 degrees Celsius.
We hope you can join us.
